TUITION FEES, DISCOUNTS, REGISTRATION, PAYMENTS

TUITION FEES

The price list applies to all 4 days of the Winter Dance School. Tuition fees include 22% VAT.

Some classes can also be taken as single “drop-in” sessions.

Drop-in prices:

— 15 EUR (60 min)

— 20 EUR (90 min)

— 30 EUR (120 min)

— 35 EUR (180 min)

IMPORTANT — DISCOUNTS!

1. Discount for multiple classes/workshops:

— 10% off for 2 classes

— 15% off for 3 classes

— 20% off for 4 or more classes

2. 10% discount on the total amount for organizations or schools registering 5 or more people (one payer for all participants).

3. 10% discount on the total amount for families registering at least two members (one payer for all participants).

4. 10% discount on the total amount for

— self-employed cultural workers,

— members of DSPS,

— participants of the ŽIVA 2025 festival.

PAYMENTS

Based on the received early bird registration form, we will send you a pro forma invoice between 9–13 February for the lower tuition fee. It must be paid within 5 days of receipt.

For registrations after 8 February, tuition fees increase, and you will receive a pro forma invoice within three working days after registration.

Only paid tuition fees count as a complete and confirmed registration.

Late registrations or changes will only be possible if there are available spots and at the higher price, so please check with the organizer.

Hurry, as the number of spots for each workshop is limited!

In case of cancellation, the organizer does not refund the tuition fee, except in cases of illness, etc. (with adequate proof). In such cases, the participant receives 80% refund if the cancellation with proof is submitted no later than the first day of the Winter Dance School.
